Team Entry is $400 per team, per gender
Teams are allowed unlimited entries per event. A Team consists of 14 or more athletes per gender. Schools with less than 14 athletes will pay $30/athlete for up to two events. Additional events will be $20/event. School checks may be made out to Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center. Credit Cards are also accepted.
Unattached/Open/ Individual Entry Fee $30 per event.
Entries will open on Direct Athletics on 10/15/2025 Detailed meet information will be available on 1/3/2026
Packet Pick up will be located as you enter the Dr. Worrill Track & Field Center. We will have wrist bands for coaches in order to access the inside of the track.
Spike Check: Only ¼” pyramid spikes are permitted on the track surface.
Athletic Trainers: Schools with athletic trainers can set up on the South end of the arena, near the Throwing area.
Team Camps will be located on the West side of the facility in the bleachers.
Warm-up & Cool-downs: A 4-Lane 50m track is on the North end of the arena, underneath the videoboard provides warm-up. Blocks and Hurdles will be available on the warmup straight. Please remind student-athletes to keep off the infield when not in an active competition. Electronic devices and headphones/ear buds are not permitted in any event area.
Check-In Procedures
Field Events Throws and Horizontal Jumps will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of previous event. Check in at the conclusion of the previous event. A 15-20 minute warm up will begin at the conclusion of the previous event.
Track Events: Check-in for Running Events will be located on the NW end of the facility, next to the 4-Lane warm-up area. Track athletes must check in at the clerks table a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of their race. They will be asked to return 5 minutes prior to the start of their event. Athletes will be escorted to the start line by the clerk. Finalists in the 60m dash and 60m hurdles will check in at the start line. Failure to check in will result in disqualification.
We will seed the 4x400’s in order to have each University’s “A” team race each other. If there are more than 6 “A” teams entered, the 7th and 8th ranked teams based on entry time will be placed in heat two along with “B” teams and so on. Relay cards will be in the team packet.

Women’s Pole Vault: 2.50, 2.65, 2.80, 2.95, 3.10, 3.25, +10cm…
Men’s Pole Vault: 3.50, 3.65, 4.80, 3.95, 4.10, 4.25, 4.40, 4.55, +10cm…
Women’s High Jump: 1.35, 1.40, 1.45, 1.50, +3cm…
Men’s High Jump: 1.70, 1.75, 1.80, 1.85, 1.90, 1.95, 2.00, +3cm…
Implement Check In: Weigh-ins will take place at the South end near the Throwing area. Illegal implements will be impounded.
Weights & Shots: Will begin at 9 AM
Entrance and Parking: Student Athlete Entrance will be on the South Side Main Entrance.
Team buses should drop off at the parking lot entrance. Buses will need to park along back side of Gately Football Stadium. Team vans and spectators can park in the general parking lot. Overflow parking can be found across the street at Corliss High School.
All spectators will enter through the main entrance nearest the parking lot.
