Are timing and livestreaming included?
Club rooms, locker rooms, and other support spaces may be requested as part of event planning. Access depends on availability, facility approval, and applicable charges.
How do we confirm a date?
Contact the Track & Field team with preferred and alternate dates. A date is not confirmed solely by submitting an inquiry. Availability, required approvals, and applicable agreements must be completed.
